4. 工業標準
This is to certify that the leakage rate given in our quality inspection certificate has been established by equipment which are regularly checked (in the course of our control of measurement equipment according to ISO9001) with PTB*-calibrated standard leaks. In this way our measurements of leakage rates are traceable to national standards as required by ISO9000.
